Q1: What certifications do your factory and products have?
Our facilities are certified with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and have passed BSCI audits. For different items, we can also provide FDA-compliant material reports and Disney FAMA, etc.

For most drinkware items, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000–3,000 pcs per design, depending on the product type and customization level.

Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services for stainless steel bottles, tumblers and other drinkware.

Q4: Can I get samples, and how long is the sample lead time?
Yes, samples are available. For most custom items, the sample lead time is about 10–15 days, depending on the design and finish. For detailed sample policy and cost, please contact our sales team.
Q5: What are your payment terms and shipping methods?
We usually accept T/T bank transfer as the payment method. Orders are typically shipped FOB from China, and we can arrange shipping by sea or by air, or work with your nominated freight forwarder.

Our standard production lead time is around 30 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on the order quantity and customization requirements.
